Not in China! Blogger Beta is blocked by the GFW so on the day that the upgrade is pushed to all users I'm left out in the cold. And I'm not the only one who is feeling blue.

I've not been able to open blogspot pages in a while. There was a brief time when it was totally open, but then they got less and less reliable and finally went back to "normal."
Ironically, though, the Blogger posting interface has always been reachable, even when server that the weblogs are hosted on (Blogspot) has been blocked. But the new Blogger Beta must be on the same servers as Blogspot because I can't get to it :(
