Yes, I took a walk down memory lane to commemorate this day. I was in HK that summer of '89. Blogged about it on http://cnreviews.com and tried to avoid all sensitive keywords.

It is a very sensitive issue. However, I am dumbfounded to see what those student protesting leaders in that year have become in the west. The only thing they have done is acting against the government on all issues. In my words, they have really become dog-without-home (丧家之犬). Now there won't be any room for them and for their opinions in China. Only some foreign sponsors still think they are the mainstream.

If you have ever paid attention the the opinion of Chinese citizens, you will definitely notice that we do not care them anymore. What a pity that they have been totally forgotten.

They must have done something right years ago. However, whatever they have done over these years have totally erased the spirit they have demonstrated years ago.
